Step 2: On the next page, choose the service you want to book on the left side of the screen. If you are a new client, select an Introductory Consultation.

Step 3: Select your preferred time and date from the appointments available in their calendar.

  • Some appointments may be booked online
  • If the appointment says “contact to book”, email your therapist and they will be in touch to confirm the appointment, or send a message to clinic@mindfulness-therapy.ca if you are a new client
  • If the therapist has no available appointments, add yourself to their waitlist using the link at the bottom of the calendar.

What is your version of a meaningful life?

My approach to therapy is grounded in the present moment. What unfolds in the here and now – in your body, emotions, and thoughts – is one of the most valuable sources of information we can bring attention to. Together, we will explore what arises through simple experiments, compassionate inquiry, and meaningful dialogue. I believe in the power of a good conversation, especially one that stretches to include more of who we are.

I am passionate about working with people who find themselves at a crossroads in life – whether through a change in circumstances such as the ending of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, a recent diagnosis, or a shift in identity. These moments can be deeply influential, and therapy can provide support as you look for new ways of relating to life and making sense of where you are now.

Outside the therapy room, I walk a contemplative path rooted in Buddhist meditation and reflection. I’m deeply interested in the intersection between spiritual insights and psychotherapy, and in how the wisdom of both traditions can help us meet life as it is.
