Step 1: Choose your therapist

Step 2: On the next page, choose the service you want to book on the left side of the screen. If you are a new client, select an Introductory Consultation.

Step 3: Select your preferred time and date from the appointments available in their calendar.

  • Some appointments may be booked online
  • If the appointment says “contact to book”, email your therapist and they will be in touch to confirm the appointment, or send a message to clinic@mindfulness-therapy.ca if you are a new client
  • If the therapist has no available appointments, add yourself to their waitlist using the link at the bottom of the calendar.
